Katalina Floral and Co. Terms of Service

By placing an order with Katalina Floral and Co., you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Delivery addresses

  • Contact information

  • Special instructions

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Delivery & Pickup

We offer local delivery and pickup within a 15-mile radius of Fort Worth, TX.

If Recipient Is Not Available

If no one is available at the delivery address:

  • Flowers may be left in a safe location when possible

  • Once delivered, we are not responsible for damage due to heat, weather, or theft

Incorrect Address & Redelivery

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • A $10 redelivery fee will apply

  • Orders are non-refundable

Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic

  • Unforeseen events beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays during business hours.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders must be canceled or modified at least 48 hours prior to delivery or pickup

  • Changes requested after this window are not guaranteed

Custom Orders

  • Custom or event arrangements require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation

  • Deposits are non-refundable

Product Substitutions

Due to seasonal and market availability, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color palette.

Limitation of Liability

Katalina Floral and Co. is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Issues arising after successful delivery

  • Improper care of flowers after delivery or pickup

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
