Katalina Floral and Co. Return Policy

At Katalina Floral and Co., we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality floral arrangements. Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and are here to help if something isn’t right.

Perishable Products

All floral arrangements are considered perishable goods and are final sale. We do not accept traditional returns.

24-Hour Quality Guarantee

If your flowers arrive in unsatisfactory condition, you may contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup for review.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours

  • Photo proof is required

  • No return of the product is necessary

Resolution Options

If your request is approved, resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis and may include:

  • Replacement stems or bouquet

  • Store credit

  • Refunds are not offered.

Pickup Orders

For pickup orders, responsibility for flower care transfers to the customer once the arrangement is collected. We are not responsible for damage or deterioration after pickup unless reported within the 24-hour window.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer replacements or credit for:

  • Flowers reported after the 24-hour window

  • Custom floral arrangements (unless a quality issue is reported within 24 hours)

  • Gift cards
